Spine with very minor rubbing and marks. Both boards securely attached with rubbed joints and very minor wear to hinges. Boards with minor scuffing, rubbing, and marks. Minor shelf and edge wear. Uneven toning to page edges. Text block including maps very clean with very light toning and very sporadic very minor foxing. Very small tear to the side edge of the first leaf of map 48. The first leaf of map 64 mostly detached with very small tears and creases to edges, and the second leaf of the map partially detached. Very small tear to the top of the side edge of the first leaf of map 72.
