Very finely bound in full red morocco with gilt details by the renowned and famous fine binder, Emile Rousselle. Similar in quality to the fine binding held at the British Library Database of Bookbinding IB52818 of a 1493 Prexano incunable edition. Rousselle bindings are scarce and rather difficult to come by.

Condition:
A highly attractive book. Spine with very minor rubbing. Prominent wear to the bottom of the spine (small fragment lacking) and mostly detached tailcap. Both boards attached with wear to joints and hinges. Boards with superficial scratches and rubbing to extremities. Shelf and edge wear. Endpapers prominently toned. Small fragment lacking from preliminary and mostly detached. Small tear to the top page edge on endpaper. Text block extremely clean with light toning to edges. Uncollated.
