Condition:
Full brown calf, rebacked over red morocco, and with leather repairs to the corners. Original tooled label present with fragments lacking. Binding rubbed and scuffed with some scratches and wear. Both boards attached. Shelf and edge wear. Page edges toned with some marks. Blanks and title page backed onto other pieces of paper. Text block fairly clean with light toning, occasional foxing, and some pencil marks. Text block cracked between front blank and title page, as well as between the title page and the first leaf of the preface, and between the last leaf of the text block and the rear blank. Ink inscription to the title page. Uncollated.
