Full panelled brown calf binding, lightly rubbed and scuffed with small losses of leather to the had and bottom of the spine, and to the rear board. Both boards attached, front joint and both hinges cracked, thus somewhat fragile, and partially detached front board. Shelf and edge wear. Spotted page edges dulled, top page edge darkened as often. Bookplate attached to front pastedown with pencil inscription above. No blanks present. Edge toning to the title page as commensurate with the full leather binding. Text block very clean with edge toning and occasional foxing.
