Full brown calf binding, rubbed and scuffed. Most of the tooled label lacking. Both boards attached with cracked joints and hinges, thus fragile. Lacking headcap and tailcap. Shelf and edge wear. Red page edges dulled. Ink inscriptions to front and rear pastedowns. Text blocks very clean with light toning and some foxing. Second to last leaf, 2O3, mostly detached, and the last leaf 2O4 detached, but present. Very small holes to the last two leaves, 2O3-2O4. Lacks the engraved portrait frontispiece and the additional engraved title leaf, otherwise appears to be textually complete.
