Condition:
Full brown calf bindings, rubbed and scuffed, and with some wormholing. Lacking tooled labels. All boards attached with rubbing along joints, some joint and hinges starting. Text block detached from the spine of volume two, rear board attached to the backstrip. Shelf and edge wear. Blue page edges dulled. Text block very clean with light toning and occasional foxing. Small number of stamps from the Holy Cross Abbey in a few places in each volume. Pastedowns partially detached. Edge toning to endpapers as commensurate with the full leather bindings. Minor wormholing to the top of the gutters from pp.276 to pp.320 in volume two. Uncollated.
