18th century quarter vellum over marbled paper backed boards, rubbed with some loss to the aforementioned paper, shelf wear, but attractive on the shelf. Tooled red and olive morocco labels to spine.
The main text of both volumes collates as complete, though the last part of the Index is lacking (covering P-Z), probably either one or three leaves. Foxing throughout, heavy in places, particularly in the second volume, but with the majority of the text bright and clean, fully legible throughout.
