A beautiful miniature edition of Dante's Divine Comedy, containing the Inferno, Purgatory, and Paradise in separate volumes, uniformly bound in full calf with a small quantity of illustrated plates throughout as pictured.

Uniform full calf leather bindings retaining the majority of the original tooled black morocco labels, chipped with some loss at edges. Intricate gilt to spines. Spines rubbed with minor loss. Shelf wear. Joints rubbed but with all boards securely attached. Top page edges dulled as typical. Boards lightly scuffed with both boards of the third volume (Paradiso) more heavily scuffed. Edge toning to endpapers as commensurate with the calf bindings. Text blocks mildly toned. Some minor foxing at endpapers with the occasional spot throughout but generally internally clean.
