-------------------

A stunning book with a particularly remarkable gilt front cover and of course with the famous illustrations of Hugh Thomson. These Hugh Thomson illustrated books have had a recent resurgence in popularity which has not ceased due to the popularity of his illustrations for the 1894 edition of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, commonly known as the Peacock Edition.
