Originally published in 1817, Moore's work consists of four narrative poems linked in one tale. The title of the book is that of the name of the heroine. Beautifully bound in a contemporary fine binding.

Fine red binding with decorative gilt to boards and spine, gilt title, author, and date to the spine in compartments between raised bands. Binding rubbed and scuffed, and with a circular indent to the front board only visible upon close inspection. Both boards attached with rubbing along joints and hinges starting. Very small mark to the front board. Shelf and edge wear. Corners lightly turned-in. All page edges gilt with small scratches. No attached bookplates or ownership inscriptions. Edge toning to endpapers as commensurate with the full leather binding. Endpapers foxed. Text block cracked between front blanks with all leaves attached. Text block very clean with light toning and occasional foxing.
