Uniform contemporary full brown calf bindings with red tooled labels in compartments to the spines between raised bands. Bindings lightly rubbed and scuffed, more prominent wear to the front board of Essays. All boards attached with some rubbing along joints and minor wear to hinges. Shelf and edge wear. Marbled page edges somewhat dulled. No attached bookplates. Text blocks very clean with light edge toning and occasional foxing.
