Full brown spotted calf bindings with black tooled labels in compartments to the spines between raised bands, other compartments with decorative gilt. Bindings lightly rubbed and scuffed. Small wormholing to tops and bottoms of spines, most prominently to the head of volume one. All boards attached with rubbing along joints and very minor wear to hinges. Shelf and edge wear. Mabled page edges dulled. Corners somewhat turned-in. Headcap of volume one partially cracked. Bookplate remnants attached to front pastedowns. Pencil inscription to front blanks, likely shelf marks. Text blocks very clean with occasional foxing.
