Rebacked spine over earlier 19th century half calf and marbled boards, thus with joints fine and both boards attached. Without shelf lean. Boards near fine with some repair to corners. Very light shelf wear. Top page edge heavily dulled with others faded. Replaced endpapers. Bound without the half title else collates as complete with the full suite of plates. Clean through the text block. Plates heavily toned at edges, uniformly so in a fairly unique manner.
