Full calf binding with a gilt title in a compartment to the spine between raised bands. Gilt on spine with some loss. Binding rubbed and scuffed. Both boards attached with front joint cracked, hinges starting, and rear joint rubbed. Shelf and edge wear. Gilt page edges with some scratches and some dulling. Very small loss of leather to the rear board. Purple ownership stamps to front blank and rear pastedown. Small sticker remnant attached to front blank. Pencil inscription to front blank. Very minor ink inscription to the title page. Text block extremely clean with very minor edge toning with occasional foxing.
