Full vellum bindings with decorative blind-stamping to boards and paper shelf mark labels to the bottom of the spines. Bindings lightly rubbed and scuffed with some marks. All boards securely attached with rubbing along joints. Shelf and edge wear. Blue page edges lightly dulled and with some scratches. Pencil shelf mark to the front blank in both volumes. No attached bookplates or ownership inscriptions. Text blocks very clean with light toning and occasional foxing. One metal clasp from volume five lacking. Stamps to title pages. Very mild and very minor damp staining to the first few leaves in volume one.
