-------------------
Size: 265 x 415 mm (approx., each)
Condition:
Original publisher's red leather bindings blocked in gilt to spines, boards lined. Both volumes are structurally secure with joints & hinges without fault, all boards securely attached, without shelf lean. Light bump to head of vol one. Some rubbing to bindings and some discolouration in places, spines too with some discolouration and a little gilt loss as pictured. Slipcase with some marks, rubbing, scuffs, etc, overall good, internally with some marks/stains as often. The volumes are internally in fine condition, without any attached bookplates or ownership inscriptions. This copy lacks the separate booklet which came with this and any additional ephemera. Here we find just the two volumes in the original slipcase.
