Full brown calf with a red tooled label to the spine in a compartments between raised bands. Bindings lightly tubbed and scuffed. Both boards attached with rubbing along joints and cracked hinges. Shelf and edge wear. Red page edges dulled. Edge toning to endpapers as commensurate with the full leather bindings. Ink ownership inscription to ffep. Text block very clean with light toning and occasional foxing. Stab wholes to rear pastedown used to write "W Greive 1767". Closed tear to pp.75/76 (D2), going across the text but is legible.
