Full brown calf with fragments lacking of peeling. Binding rubbed and scuffed, overall fragile. Backstrip detached from the page block. Both boards very loosely attached with cracked hinges and joints starting, very fragile. Shelf and edge wear. Does not remain upright. Text block cracked, with some gathering very loosely attached, and thus sticking out of the text block. Leaves with edge tears, occasional creasing, and some other marks and tears. Text block fairly clean with edge toning and occasional foxing. Leaves E-E2 detached at the start of the text block. Lacking main title page and some other leaves, refer to the collation. Five small fragments of leaves remain between pp.142 and 159, most lacking. Pp.305 misnumbered as 308, and pp.27 in the Treatise of Affection misnumbered as 31, as well as some other pages being misnumbered. Very small fragment of pp.71/72 in the Treatise of Affection remains, most lacking.
