Cases Decided in The House of Lords, On Appeal From the Courts of Scotland, 1821-23 and 1824. Reported by Patrick Shaw. London: William Blackwood and T. Cadell, 1826 and 1828, 8vo.

-------------------

In 1821 Shaw started with his friend James Ballantine, and later with Alexander Dunlop, a series of reports of the decisions in the court of session. In 1824 he began a similar series of reports of decisions in the House of Lords on appeal from the Scottish courts. Shaw also published supplementary digests of the decisions

This set is the first edition of his reports of cases decided in the House of Lords on Appeal from the Courts of Scotland. We find both volumes as originally published here, which was later expanded in subsequent editions to include other years of rulings.
