Contemporary half morocco over marbled paper backed boards, the spine with the titles tooled in gilt, else without additional decoration. Externally very attractive indeed. A little rubbed to raised bands and along the joints but with both boards securely attached, the binding secure, and without shelf lean. Top edge gilt, other edges uncut as published. Shelf and edge wear. Without any attached bookplates, but with an ink gift inscription to the head of the ffep dated 1931. Internally exceptionally clean throughout, endpapers foxed, else internally very good to near fine. A beautiful book.
