[(2), h.t., frontis, t.p., (v)-xxii, pp.1-515, 4pp, 24pp, 2pp, 6pp]
Contemporary full red cloth binding, boards a little rubbed but generally externally excellent, very clean, with the cloth bright and attractive. Both boards are securely attached, the binding is secure, hinges uncracked, without shelf lean. Bookplate to front pastedown, offset to verso blank with edge toning. Many leaves uncut at edges and thus this book has never been read despite being over a century old. Collated as complete including the rather abundant advertisements bound in at the rear. Tissue guard for the frontis toned, advertisements at the rear heavily toned, else very clean throughout the entire text block, fully legible without any loss of sense, an excellent copy.
