Contemporary full marbled calf, rubbed with minor losses at extremities. Spine finely tooled in gilt retaining its original tooled red morocco label. Spine sunned. Joints rubbed, cracked, with both boards attached, a little fragile, the front more so. Bookplate to front pastedown of George Drewry Squibb. Text block mildly toned, with some very minor foxing to endpapers, else very clean throughout the full text block. Collates as complete, collation provided above, including the half title and the substantial index bound in at the rear.
