Full brown calf, no tooled label, binding rubbed and scuffed with small losses of leather from the boards, some peeling. Both boards attached with rubbing along joints and hinges cracked, boards somewhat fragile, rear board somewhat loose at the bottom. Shelf and edge wear. Page edges toned. Pastedown partially detached. Pencil inscription to title page. Text block very clean with light toning and occasional foxing.
