Full marbled paper backed bindings with orange tooled labels to spines in gilt compartments. Bindings rubbed and scuffed. All boards attached with rubbing along joints. Shelf and edge wear. Bookplate attached to front pastedown in all volumes. Text blocks very clean with light toning and occasional foxing. Last few leaves in volume four prominently creased from the large foldout map. Ink inscription to the margin of pp.51 of the Summary of the Swiss Revolution. Some spines slightly cocked.
