Original pink publisher's cloth binding in near fine condition, bright and vibrant, with few spots of discolouration / marks. Both boards securely attached. Minor shelf and edge wear. Page edges lightly toned and foxed. Lines of toning to endpapers, less so than often. Text block extremely clean with light foxing to the first few and last few leaves. Dust jacket in great condition with some foxing and few edge tears; some foxing to the top of the inside. An amazing copy in great condition of this childhood classic.
