Collated as complete including the 1pp of advertisements at the rear. Original publisher's cloth, a little dulled, with the backstrip much more dulled as often. Rubbed with minor loss at extremities of backstrip, but generally excellent. Both boards securely attached, binding secure, with shelf lean. Joints and hinges uncracked, though with front endpaper slightly detached in gutter. Ink inscription dated 1876 to half title, illegible, but with the legible place name of Brighton (England). Very clean throughout the text block, internally very good to near fine. A lovely copy.
