Size: 158 x 250 mm (approx.)
Condition:
19th century full red leather bindings finely tooled in gilt, boards in a panelled design. Spines uniformly dulled but remain very attractive on the shelf. Small fairly non-intrusive sticker to the bottom of one of the spines. All tooled labels extant. Bindings rubbed, a few marks, etc, but generally attractive. All edges gilt, tops dulled as typical. All boards securely attached, a little wear to joints, hinges, and corners. Several ex-library stamps/markings/inserts to the pastedowns, blanks, and title leaves as well as some old ownership inscriptions to blanks. Wide margins preserved. Scattered foxing, mildly toned, else generally internally a nice set.
