Near contemporary half green morocco over marbled paper backed boards. Binding with minor rubbing and scuffing. Both boards attached with rubbing along joints and some wear to hinges. Shelf and edge wear. All page edges gilt with minor scratches. Bookplate attached to front pastedown. Text block extremely clean with light edge toning and occasional foxing. Plates exceptionally clean. Original covers are trimmed at the top and bottom, thus missing some of the text. Lacking engraved title page.
