Full brown calf bindings with red and black tooled labels to spines. Two labels lacking, other labels worn with minor loss to edges and some peeling. Bindings rubbed and scuffed. All boards attached, some joints and hinges cracked, thus some boards are fragile. Wear to headcaps and tailcaps. Shelf and edge wear. Page edges lightly toned with top page edges darkened as often, and some occasional ink stains. Spine of volume five cracked. Tailcap of volume one partially detached and headcap lacking. Tailcap of volume five partially lacking. Tailcap of volume ten partially detached and cracked. Ink inscription to front blanks in all volumes. Text blocks very clean with light toning and occasional foxing. Damp staining to front blank and frontispiece in volume one. A gathering in volume one partially detached, pp.3-14. Tear on pp.3/4 in volume two repaired. Leather lightly peeling from the bottom corner of the rear board of volume two. Damp staining to the boards and throughout the text block of volume ten, mostly very minor staining to the text block.
