Contemporary full vellum, recent tooled label laid down to lower part of spine. Binding possibly a remboitage supplied from another book, evidence of an erased MS title to head of spine. Binding secure with both boards securely attached. Modern endpapers, recent pastedowns covering earlier ones which seem to be extant underneath. Binding generally clean and attractive. Text generally very clean throughout, some ink stains to top page edge, slightly leaking into top blank marginal space of a few leaves but never touching text. No attached bookplates or ownership inscriptions. Lacks original front blank but one is present at the rear.
