90 leaves (of 96), lacking a1-3, 8, and the final two leaves (l9-10); a1 would be a blank. Spaces for initials with guide letters, opening initial S has been contemporaneously rubricated. Toned, sporadic staining, but generally reasonably clean throughout the text.
