Half vellum over marbled paper backed boards with tooled labels to the spines between gilt bands. Bindings rubbed and scuffed. Some library labels and label fragments attached to the spines, and going across to the boards slightly, some lacking the labels but with glue residue. All boards securely attached with minor wear to joints and hinges. Shelf and edge wear. Top page edges gilt with minor scratches. Page edges toned with some minor foxing. Bookplate attached to front pastedown in all volumes. Library blind-stamp to front blank in all volumes. Text blocks clean with light toning and occasional foxing. Small tear to front blank in volume six. Pencil inscriptions to front blanks in all volumes.
