Full brown calf binding, lacking most of the backstrip, lightly rubbed and scuffed. Both boards attached with cracked joints and hinges starting. Shelf and edge wear. Page edges toned. Ink inscriptions to front blank and title page. Text block fairly clean with light toning, occasional foxing, and sporadic ink marginalia. Edge toning to endpapers as commensurate with the full leather binding. This copy has 621 consecutive pages plus blanks.
