Condition:
Lacking volume one, else complete (17 of 18 vols). Spines rubbed and scuffed, with dulled gilt. Wear to heads and bottoms of spines. All boards attached with wear to joints and hinges, some starting or cracked. Boards with minor scuffing and rubbing. Shelf and edge wear. Some volumes with shelf lean. Minor dulling to page edges. Pastedown offset around edges. Pencil inscription on preliminary in volume two. Text blocks fairly clean with light toning and minor foxing. Uncollated but present volumes appear to be complete.
