-------------------

Though not published as a set originally, here we have a group of works by Prescott finely bound in uniform half calf with gilt roses on the spines. The condition of the set is particularly remarkable with the set showing as near fine on the shelf and very attractive indeed. Perhaps the nicest set of Prescott's famous works we have encountered to date. The bindings resemble those of Bumpus but are unsigned.
